Following the MI5 raid on his hydroponics farm and subsequent jail sentence, Lee has clawed himself from the brink of bankruptcy and accidental overdose. Several failed attempts to moot himself as the new Dr Who girl, (he can scream AND fall over, apparently) resulted in a couple of years in rehab but now he's back and fighting fit.

He still cannot walk up a flight of stairs without picturing himself in a 1970s BBC Publicity shot.
